It owns the biggest production base for SCRF worldwide. The company currently owns a total assets of 11 billion CNY and more than 10,000 staff, with an annual production capacity of 7 million tons. Kingenta Group was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2010 (SHE: 002470). The company generated a sales of 17.74 billion CNY in 2015.

· Buyer: Kingenta Investco GmbH, wholly-owned subsidiary of Kingenta Ecological Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
· Seller: Compo AcquiCo S.à.r.l.
· Target: The consumer business entities of COMPO Consumer Group owned by Compo AcquiCo S.à.r.l., which comprises of 24 companies engaging in household horticulture business, including Compo GmbH, Compo France, Compo Italy. COMPO Consumer is Europe’s leading home and garden products company specialized in manufacturing, processing and sales of a wide range of products from potting soil to garden and lawn fertilizers, lawn seeds as well as plant care and plant production products. The business has over 600 employees worldwide.
